We are welcoming all of our participants to a traditial Slovenian Restaurant at the end of the second congress day on 12th June 2026.
The restaurant Ljubljančanka – Slovenska hiša is only 4 minutes walking distance apart from the congress venue and a tribute to traditional city cuisine and their unforgettable flavors that have enriched local menus for centuries. Here, the aroma of freshly baked bread, the taste of hearty soup, and the nostalgia of authentic Slovenian dishes come together, connecting generations.

• Selection of cured meats and cheeses
• Karst prosciutto, dried fruit, olives, mixed pickled vegetables
• Homemade chicken liver pâté with honey and truffle spread
MAIN COURSES:
• Viennese-style pork schnitzel
• Carniolan sausage
• Grilled mackerel fillet with butter and garlic sauce
• Potato dumplings in creamy mixed mushroom sauce
SIDE DISHES:
Roasted potatoes with cracklings, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, honey mustard, creamed horseradish, grilled vegetables, potato croquettes
DESSERTS:
