ConEvent has negotiated special room rates in various hotels in Ljubljana. Participants shall book their rooms individually. Bookings are made on a first come first served basis.
The hotel shall confirm the accommodation booking to the participant only upon receiving credit card details, which serve as guarantee of the booking.
Attention: as Ljubljana will be very busy during the ECOP 7 conference we advise participants to book the hotel accommodation early on. Otherwise we cannot guarantee room availability.
